I'm Lisa-Ashley Smith, a passionate wildlife and nature photographer with a deep love for exploring and educating others about the subjects I capture. I've been fascinated with cameras since my childhood, but it wasn't until my youngest child embarked on their college journey that I truly embraced photography with all seriousness. From that moment on, I dedicated myself to mastering the art of photography, guided and inspired by some of the world's top wildlife photographers. My mission is simple: to connect people with the stunning beauty of the plants and animals that surround us. In addition to teaching photography at the Camera Company I share fun facts and detailed images of my subjects on social media, inviting everyone to appreciate the wonders of nature alongside me. I live in the beautiful city of Madison with my husband, Dave, and our Shorty Jack Russell Terrier Skip.
